Volvo Repair: 96 960, orange hose, vacuum leak

Air Conditioning air flow is reduced when accelerating. I think it is a vacuum leak. Where is the best place to start looking?

2 common possibilities.the recirculation diaphragm or the bilevel diaphragm for the air distribution may be leaking.they are both somewhat difficult to replace.only way to be sure is to remove both under dash panels passenger and drivers side then pinch off the vacuum hose to each while you then try driving and see which one makes a difference on the air reducing.recirculation on the passenger side behid blower case orange hose.bilevel is under drivers and has 2 hoses that need pinched off yellow and blue.
