Volvo Repair: car stalls while driving, crank angle sensor, fuel pump relay

Question
1993 volvo 240 4 cyl 102000 miles while driving car the car will stall and you must wait at least five minutes before it restarts again have been to three different mechanics who cannot find problem and say bring it in when it does it.

Answer
the most common 2 issues, that are pretty cheap in the scheme of things would be to replace the engine speed sensor (crank angle sensor) and/or the fuel pump relay (volvo one only the aftermarket ones dont last) those 2 fix most stalling also have the throttle housing cleaned if its been more than 30kmiles since it was last cleaned.
