Cadillac: 1991 Cadillac Deville 4.9L Error Codes, car mechanic, cadillac deville

Question
I have wasted time and money with the problems in my car. Mechanic after mechanic, the only thing they tried to do is to clean the injectors. I suspect is an electric fail. Once, the car has a big problem; it didn't accelerate no matter how I pressed the gas pedal, the motor was shaking, and accidentally a mechanic move the cable harness right behind the motor and suddenly everything was just fine (more or less). Anyway, the TDC's on my computer car are:
E: 14, 22, 41, 48, 70, 73, 85, 91, 98. EE: 88. F: 31. And finally the last read was 7.0 and 8.5.
Any idea?

Answer
Check the electrical harness for damage. Also look to see if the BLACK ground wire is attached at the back of the engine using a mirror.

CLEAR (erase) all the codes from the computers and see which ones return as EE or FF codes.

1. Bring up all your codes again and when you get to .7.0

2. Simultaneously push and hold the OFF and HI buttons on the climate control panel until you see E.0.0 and release the buttons.

3. Simultaneously push and hold the OFF and LO buttons on the climate control panel until you see F.0.0 and release the buttons.

4. shut off ignition and wait 2 minutes and then see if you have any codes reappear.
