I have a 93 Seville that I cant get the outside air flow vent inside the car to turn off even after I turn the car off I had to unplug from under the hood so I am not able to get any heat or air in the car unless I plug it and unplug it every time I get in or out of the car any ideas of what the problem could be and how I can fix?

If you are referring to the black blower motor, You need to replace the BLOWER POWER MODULE which is located just above and to the left side of the car as you are looking at the engine. It has 3 7mm screws that hold it in place and one or 2 electrical plugs and a large black ground wire that attaches to the firewall.
