Cadillac: 1988 Cad Seville, dash light, speedometer

I'm having issues with my dash light going out and then the check engine light coming on in that order. When the lights go out all dash light and speedometer. This was Intermittent  but now it is more of an issue. No check engine light as long as all lights work.

What code or codes are you getting from the computers ?.

1. Ignition ON. Engine OFF.

2. Simultaneously push and hold the OFF and WARMER buttons for 3 seconds and release them.

4. Codes will appear and will stop at .7.0.

5. turn ignition OFF.

6. Tell me exactly as if you were video-taping the codes that display how they appear on the screen .
