Cadillac: Fleetwood leaks, 1990 cadillac fleetwood, cadillac fleetwood

Hey I have a 1990 cadillac fleetwood with 113,000 miles and it has a leak in front of the passenger side of the car.  I know it's leaking coolant and just recently while driving the car dropped to neutral and wouldn't shift into gear.  I'm assuming  the oil is also leaking because I just had it filled not too long ago and it was pretty low.  Help me?

If the water on the passengers side is actually WATER, the drain hose for the evaporator is most likely plugged up and needs to be cleaned out.

If the fluid on the floor is engine coolant, the heater core is leaking.

Checkk the transmission fluid level.
