Cadillac: 99 deville washer motor, power antenna, washer motor

Hi, how do I diagnose a none working washer motor and how do I get to it. It just stopped working is there a fuse and if so where? Also my power antenna motor works but the antenna does not go up and down it just stays up, can I replace part or do I have to replace all? Thanks!

Answer
Remove the 2 wire connector from the washer pump and put a test light across the 2 wires and push the washer switch. If the test light LIGHTS, Replace the washer pump.

One wire is battery voltage and the other is a ground.


You have to replace the complete antenna.
