Cadillac: 95 Sedan Deville auto level problem, center technician, metal arm

Question
My car was taken recently for a driver side rear tire change.  Ever since the tire change, the car has maintained a "jacked up" appearance in the rear. Is it possible the tire center technician did something wrong when replacing the tire?  Is there a sensor near that tire that could have been disconnected or damaged?  I can do some low level repairs.  So, if this would be something easy to fix please tell me how I should go about troubleshooting it.  Thank you!

Answer
There is a small metal rod about 4" long that connects to the suspension and also connects to the body mounted HEIGHT SENSOR that also has a circular multi-wire electrical connection. See if the metal arm came loose and or the HEIGHT SENSOR which the multi-wired component is called just decided to fail.
