Cadillac: Engine runs ruff when in idle and is warmed up, vacuum leaks, vacuum hose

Deville 01, 4.6L; runs ruff when warmed up and in idle (700rpms) parked or in drive with brake on doesn’t run ruff when cold. When warm if you race the engine and little to 900rpms, engine doesn’t seem to run ruff. Also so when warm I hear air suction.
I didn’t find any vacuum leaks. And I don’t have a code reader; the Service Engine Soon light is on.
Any ideas ?

CLEAR (erase ) all the codes from the computer and see which codes return.

Answer
P0101 = MAF sensor fault.

P0171 = Fuel system lean on bank 1.

P0174 = Fuel system lean on bank 2.

P0300 = Engine misfire detected.

P0410 = secondary air injection system fault.

P1415 = secondary air injection system fault on bank 1.


Replace the MAF sensor or check the vacuum hose for a leak or restriction. Clear all the codes again and see which ones return.
