Cadillac: Stalling, head gaskets, loose ground

Question
I have a 94 cadillac sls 4.6L. We recently installed new head gaskets. Now we have a problem with stalling. The car runs fine down the road, but when I let off the gas and coast down the car dies. It will start back up and run fine it is just when you let off the gas and coast. Also just recently the car will die when it is idling and I turn on the A/C. The car runs warm to me (about 220). The codes I have received from my Snap-On Scanners are 095 and 047. The 95 codes says that there as been a stall after the rpm is over 500. code 47 says that there is a lack of communication between the PCM and instrument cluster. Please Help.

Answer
CLEAR the codes from the computer and see what code or codes return.

Look for a loose ground wire down near your knock and speed sensor.

If you are getting a P047 without a P107 the diagnostic tree in the service manual says to replace the PCM.
