Cadillac: No spark on 90 Seville, ugly noise, cam sensor

Question
Hello. Getting no spark on a '90 Cad Seville w/the 4.5. Distrib cap/rotor/ign module changed. Coil ohm's below 1 but so did a new one. Another coil was substituted but still no spark. Power is getting to the distrib and rotor turns. Codes pulled: E012 Curr, E026 Hist, E041 Hist, A046 Hist, E049 Curr, E091 Curr, E098 Hist.

Friend says he made an "ugly noise" for a little while but quit. Found some plastic broken pieces inside distrib. Small plastic connector that holds the 3 terminals to the 1st 3 pins to the ign module is broken but connections can be made.

Any ideas?

Answer
E012 Curr = no distributor reference signal.
E026 Hist = Shorted throttle switch.
E041 Hist = No cam sensor signal.
E046 Hist = fuel imbalance
E049 Curr = air management problem.
E091 Curr = Park to neutral input problem.
E098 Hist. = Park to neutral Drive to Reverse in ISC range.
