Cadillac: 94 sts holwing noise in engine compartment, air bubbles, brownish color

I have a 94 STS and it always makes a howling noise. When you turn the steering it changes the sound. I just put a new power steering pump in it and primed it before I put it in. I cant figure out what it is?

If your fluid is a brownish color or has physical air bubbles in it, All the air is not out of the system. Turn the wheels several times in each direction to help purge the air. Sometimes it may take a day or three to pump out all the air.

If this has been going on for over a week, The pump may be faulty.
