i have a 1991 cadi deville. the fan stopped blowing the other day. i have checked the fuses in all areas and they are good. i am not getting power to the blower. what could be happening. i also have a problem when slowing down. when i slow down the engine rpm drops and levels back out. it only does it when i am slowing down. please help me. thanks.

OK, Perform this test:

1. Ignition ON, Engine OFF.

2. Simultaneously push and hold the OFF and WARMER buttons until all the lights on the display illuminate and then release the buttons.

3. On the fuel data panel write down all the LETTER/NUMBER combinations that appear.

4. The display will then display .7.0

5. Turn OFF ignition.

6. Let me know what the LETTER/NUMBER combiantion codes are.

There should have been a LETTER in front of the number.

Like E30 or B30 or R30.


Do it again.
