Cadillac: power seat/windows, e mail address, electrical schematics

i recently purchased 1991 brougham sedan deville, with the knowledge something was wrong with drivers door power seat switches and windows switches... seems windows switch barley work almost non exsistant..cant get window down more than 5%. but read switchs on rear doors respectively they work..power seat switches and recliner switch dont work at all...i checked 30amp fuse. was working as far as can tell..fuse also runs trunk lid motor and horn and they work..is it switchs or deeper problem i face. all wiring in door seems good and clean and non damaged..and rubber gromet in place between door and body  for wiring intack and like new. switchs show signs or age as can be expected for a 14 year old car i appriciate yer time on this matter..thank you
