Cadillac: power seat & tilt steering wheel, seat tilt, tilt steering

Power seat stop working, also tilt steering wheel, is it a fuse. Driver side only. Passenger side works. 2000 DTS sedan cadillac

OK, What repairs of ANY nature, Even changing a light bulb, have been done on the vehicle PRIOR to this problem ?.

Is the entire power seat inoperative and only certain controls ?.

Where are the controls mounted ?. On the seat or on the door ?.

Did BOTH occur at the same time ?.
