ANSWER: Nancy
well first was it inside or out side / out doors you will have to change the oil and filter, fuel filter, drain the fuel tank and change the fuel filters, check all hoses, check all belts , change all air filters, spray the carb with carob cleaner and spray the carob linkage with fwd-40 add new gas 5 gal is good enough, add 1 can of dry gas and add a can of STEP gas treatment and add new oil S.W. and a can of step oil treatment., it might take some time to get it going, you might have to check the deist cap, points,rotor, wires, than if you do get it running let it run at a ideal
for about 15 mains. than check all hoses as they could all be dry rot so new hoses should be replaced and a new thermostat. than check the break  hoses, the brake lines if it was out doors will be rotted so you will have to get them all replaced or you will have no breaks, also check the brakes and wheel cylds. if it only has 43000  and in good shape it might be worth getting all of the bat / worn parts replaced.

QUESTION: Thanks and The car was in a garage! :) It will cranks BUT builds no fuel pressure even though the fuel pump relay clicks,could the pump itself have gone bad? or impeller be frozen/jammed somehow /electric corrosion from he quater tank of gas its been holding??? I also wonder if the codes in the computer could have any thing to do I do know it supposed to have some issues with startup in regards to key and theft device regarding stereo and starting.  are you familiar with check engine lights or even codes, could an discharged battery causes codes to be messed up some how,and not allow pump to work? and since it inside a garage will I not need to be so concered ?
Oh Im also in texas not ever real cold BUT the heat YEAH! I so appreciate your input last time I took my car to the shop it was STOLEN...:( and I was stuck at home and car-less NOW here I am...wishing me and my CAR could just go home! thanks ever so much

Answer
Nancy;
Hi well it is most likely the fuel pump or some rust or crud in the line. if you can remove the pump and blow out the lines with the carb  line un hooked from the carb. than spray some wd-40 threw it . un hooked from the carb. also.
than if you replace the fuel pump   check the tank that it is super clean, or put a new baffle in it. and float / screen/ pump.  than put a table spoon of gas down the carb, and than shoot a 2 second blast of either into the carb. than see if it will fire up. if so let it idle for  at least 15 min, than check the oil and temp, etc. than run it at around 35 40 for  a 1/2 hour than I would remove the oil filter and oil than replace a new oil filter and some new oil  10-40 and a can of S.T.P.  ok and drive it under 50 for at least 300 miles to wear in
