Chevrolet: Running Hot, chevrolet celebrity, pressure test

Hi, wondering if you can help me out with a question on my 1985 Chevrolet Celebrity.  It keeps wanting to run hot on me because the fan under the hood won't turn.  I have replaced the relay and the censor.  It still won't work, what do I do now?

Hi- I would check the fuse for the fan to see if it is bad. also the new fans do not run at all times they come on when it gets hot than off when cool.  I would have a pressure test taken to see if you have any leaks it will cause you to over heat, also did you check the coolant and is the cap on good.
