Is it hard to convert a hardtop chevelle into convertible?

Well any thing can be made or modafied, but do you have the time and the place to do it. s the old roof will have to all be cut off, a windshield for a convertable roof wil be needed, and than all the hoses and or elect. wires for the motor or hydro. unit, and a lot of time and labor $$$$
