Chevrolet: 1970 chevelle, disturber, timming

I'm having a problem will my not getting spark. I have changed the disturber and coil, cap and rotor a checked timming. checked the voltage to the coil and getting 11.5 vdc in the run position and 11.5 vdc in the start position. the car turn over great. the coil is warm after trying to start it. also checked the netural switch it checked good. Is there anything that i missed?

I would check all wires 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2. and than get the harmonic bal. so it is on TDC than take the dist cap off and the rotor should be on no#1 plug if not your dist is in wrong, if it is 180 degrees off try it till you get the rotor on the right side, also check wires,cap,rotor,etc.
