Chevrolet: sbc cams id, cam kit, steel type

I HAVE 2 SBC CAMS THAT I NEED TO KNOW WHAT THE LIFT AND DURATION FOR THEM THE NUMBERS ON THE CAM #1 186R #2 J7A(M)I CAN NOT FIND ANY INFO ON THESE CAMS THIS ONE GUY TOLD ME THAT THE 186R WAS A 480 480 LIFT 287 DURATION I NEED TO KNOW SOME INFO ON THESE THANKS.

HI I thought I sent  this out on thurs. I could not find those #s in chevy id  book.  I would not put a used cam in any motor. I would get a new cam or a cam kit. this way it will be done all right, also replace the dist. gear with a hard steel type.
