Chevrolet: 1998 Chevy Mailbu 2.4 L -- Wont start, chevy mailbu, head gasket

Question
I have checked the compression on all cyclinders. I only have compression on cyclinder 4; 1, 2 and 3 have zero compression.

I have checked the timing chain and it looks fine and installed correctly.

Does this sound like a head gasket, cam bent or cracked head?

 It might be a valve , or the head gasket , crack cyld. or head, like you said cracked head?
or piston rings . is a valve hung up ? if you get nothing there is something real wrong. you will have to pull the head off. but first off is the gauge getting into the plug hole good enough to get a  correct reading .I would check the valve springs on that cyld. first thing  ok
