Chevrolet: 2001 chevy lumina, chevy lumina, pluged

i have a '01 chevy lumina and the turn signal's don't come on and my brake lights don't work....we have replaced the flasher box and the bulbs and the fuses are ok...any idea on what to look for now to get these to work?

 HI   I would re check the fuses and the bulbs, also  put a test lamp to the brake lights and signals to see if there is juice. did you look to see if any wires came un pluged in the back or under the spare tire area. and check to see that the flasher switch is in the off setting.
