Chevrolet: engine id, 1972 chevelle malibu, 350ci motor

Hello Roger,
  Thank you for your web site.   My wife and I just bought a 1972 chevelle malibu. The old owner said it has a 1969 350ci motor.  Ilooked for numbers and this is what I have.    On the front below the alt.  T052IS
    On the back of the motor  6T     GM37(3or8)287
                                         E2063
  the tranny has 6261736
                  CFD2         Thanks for any input

 Hi , well the nos you have are from a 1982, 305 cu. in. motor w/145 H.P. and it could have come from a montecarlo.
but if you can get the nos from the right front side of the motor next to the right head to the right of the water pump. that is where the engine ID nos are stamped in. I can look beter with those  ok
