Chevrolet: 93 chevy cavalier z24 leaks/low water level, chevy cavalier z24, chevy cavalier

Question
hi!  I've recently replaced the radiator and noticed I was still having to pour water in the car.  Yesterday I had the thermostat replaced along with plugs snd wires and had to pour water in it again.  About 1 gallon or so each time (depending on how far I drive). I was told that the water pump was fine and the hoses looked good.  If it is a freeze plug wouldn't the water pour out?  I noticed that on the drivers side looks like its leking on the top somewhere.  I don't know what else would make it use/leak water? any suggestions? whatever is wrong appears to be on the drivers side? what else can I check?  Frustrated and broke - KK  thanx!
I've replace the heater core about 1 year ago too

Well a leak can be any place- , if you took a  Pressure  test it should show  you where it is comming  from. I would go to the car parts store and get a can of  BARRS STOP LEAK ,read the back  and try  it. if there is a small leak it could seal it up . I would check every hose clamp  and  tighten them up if needed  and check hose for leaks.
Than did you look at the rad. cap to see if it is any good.  if a freeze out plug is leaking the sealer might fix  it. so  try  the sealer . ok I have used it a lot of times it works. BARRS STOP LEAK  not some off the wall brand
