Chevrolet: ABS light and humming sound, chevy tahoe, loose wire

I have a 2001 Chevy Tahoe.  The ABS light turned on when I started the car today and there is a lound humming noise.  I turned the car off and the humming continues.  The noise appears to be comming from the wheels but it is hard to tell.  The humming continues while the car off and does not stop.  I ended up pulling the ABS fuse to stop the humming.  I put the fuse back and the humming starts up even with the car off.  Any ideas?

 well if the light came on it did so for a reason and by removing the fuse you are only hideing the condition and it will become worse or even dangerous , it will have to be put on a computor to see why the  ABS light is on . it could be as simple as a adj. or loose wire,etc.  OK
