Chevrolet: 98 Malibu Temp and Fuel Gauge, tank gauge, high beams

Question
The temp and fuel gauges are not working. The speedometer and odometer works fine. I also notice that the high beam indicator does not go on, when the high beams are on. I've changed out the instrument cluster. Ive checked the fuses

Hi Tony;
      I would re-check all fuses and with a test lamp see if you have juice to the fuse box that goes to the temp gauge and tank gauge if yes than it could be in the gauge or in the - computor itself. Do you have any relays that go to those gauges if so I would try a new one.
also; have you checked to see if all bulbs are working .
