Hi; You must have AIR someplace , try this:
1) fill the master cyld , 2)than you will have to start from the pass. side rear bleeder do that one first 3)than the other rear bleed them good and keep adding fluid to the master cyld. than when back are done do 4)the pass. side front bleed it good than 5)the driver side and keep adding fluid to the master cyld. than bleed the master cyld also. and keep filling up the fluid.have some one help with the pumping up on the brakes-what you should have done was to bleed the master cyld in a vice then put it into the car. and re bleed the system you did a lot of brake work so you had a lot of fluid come out on you so now it all has to get back into the system. And check for any leaks  you will get it you just have to get all of that air out.  o.k.
good luck
