Chevrolet: ABS light, wheel drive car, chevy dealer

Hi Roger,
I have a chevorlet Lumina-1996 modle, Sedan, 4 wheel drive car. I am facing problem with ABS light on dash board. I took to the mechanics and dealer they said the ABS is not working, but there are not able to detect the problem what exatly. There are not able to anlize the problem. I need to pass the inspection of my car, they are not passing inspection when the ABS light on on the dash board. I am little worried how to solve the problem. I recently bought this used car. I dont know what to do now. Can you please suggest me what to do..now. How to make it inspected. I dont bother if the ABS wont work. But i need to pass the inspection of the car.

           I don't know what type of a dealer you went to that can't fix the light , as if you went to a  authorized
CHEVY  Dealer and a authorized mech. he has to know how to fix it.First you can go to the dealer that has mechanics
that don't know what thay are doing and tell them to look
at the ABS MODULE and check it and to look at the ABS RELAY and ABS FUSE, as there is something wrong with one of these
or there is pressure not getting out someplace.       I think you should write a letter to CHEVY and tell them the name of the dealer and that they could not fix your car ABS light. GOOD LUCK
