Chevrolet: Corsica 1994, hazard flasher, turn signals

Turn signals on either side will not blink. Have replaced relay and hazard flasher. Pulled the fuse and the turn arrow on dash goes out. Pulled relay and both front and rear lights stay on still. Have I lost a ground some were?

most of my car work is from 55 to 70s but it sounds as if you have a short someplace or a cut wire also some times the sockets where the bulbs go in get fouled or bad. and on your car you could have more than one relay but i would bet did you take out and check all of the bulbs as a bulb can short out inside and still make a contact inside it that will cause what you have so try the bulbs -also- did you use a test light to each light ?.good luck
