Dodge: stahl and restart of dodge avenger, dodge avenger, vacuum hoses

Question
i purchased a 1995 dodge avenger 2 weeks ago as is and i can be driving down the highway and it stahls out and wont restart for 5 to 10 min and when it happens it does not have any spark. seems to be more often when i have a full tank of gas.it does have and r title but has had 80,000 miles on it since then now has 131,000 any suggestions.

This could be many things.What about the engine light?Is it on?When is the last time it was tuned up.I don't really think it has anything to do with the tank being full,unless the fuel pump is going out.The manual says.
1.Idle speed incorrect.
2.Fuel filter clogged and or water in the fuel.
3.Fault in the fuel system or sensors.
4.Faulty emissions system components.
5.Faulty or incorrectly gapped spark plugs,also check wires.
6.Vacuum leak at the throttle body,intake or vacuum hoses.
