i took the battery off this vehicle for around a week or so was chargibng it up and when put back on the vehicle will not turn over and all the electronics are all messed up have relays blown or do i ned to reset imobiliser or alarm?

A few possibilties.


Is the battery charged some batteries may fail while charging.? has it been tested?

Is it possibly charged backwards? Or are the connections loose or dirty?

Unless there was a problem (arcing or shorting) while reinstalling the battery, it should not have blown any fuses and at least the dash lights or anything not turned on should still work

Yes, it is possible that the alarm is cusing a  no-start, but rarely causes a no lights problem.  check the alarm operation maunual..
