I would drop the fuel tank and look at the pre-screens in in the fuel sending unit.  You will have to remove them from the sending unit.  If they are clogged pretty bad, soak them in some carb cleaner for about 2 hrs and then rinse them off with gas or something and reinstall everything. You will need a fuel line disconnect tool to remove the fuel from the top of the tank.  You can buy this tool at your local auto parts shop.  Let me know if you have anymore questions.  If I have to Ill send you my phone number and we will discuss over the phone.
