Ford: 95 Ford F150 Brakes, disc brakes, ford f150

Question
I have a 95 ford f150 XL, short box reg cab.  Disc brakes up front, drums in rear.  When I press the brakes the pedal pulsates/pumps, it's similar to the way warped rotors feel but there's no shudder at all in the steering wheel, it's only on the brake pedal.

I pulled the front wheels off and when I spun the rotors and eye-balled them I couldn't visually see any warpage in the rotors, they also look near new.

Any ideas?

Answer
the best way to determined if you have a front or rear pulsate is drive down the road or a parking lot and to see if the problem is in the front or rear is to hold the  e-brake handle and push down on the e-break at the same time and see if you can feel the pulse if so the problem is in the rear.if not the problem is in the front.as far as to look at the rotor you can.t see a warp rotor you would have to do a rotor runout and that would require special tools.
