Ford: 89 ford truck, tfi module, electronic unit

I have a 1989 ford 150 that will crank but will not start. truck has new plugs and wires. Help me troubleshoot, maybe my electronic unit bad? Should I check for spark at the wire then go where?

after checking that here are the values for the tfi module (On the destributer)

pins 1, 2, 5, and 6, go to the ecm and you should not mess with those...

pin number 3 should be +12V start only and pin 4 should be +12V when the key is on....

Those tfi modules will just stop working so it is likley that it is malfunctioning
