Ford: 1997 Ford F150, slow drain, battery shop

Question
3 wks ago I replaced the dead battery.  I don't run the truck much, yesterday I went to start it and , again, the new battery was dead.  I Had the battery shop replace it only to find that there is a slow drain on the battery.  They eliminated the fuses under the hood and found position #22 to be the culprit.  I pulled the fuse while the truck is parked but need it back in when it is running.  What do I need to do to correct this problem?

Answer
