Ford: p0304, blown head gasket, spark plug wires

Question
QUESTION: its 99 mazda B-3000 89k rebuilt by jasper before i bought it, was running great code came up p0304 mifire #4 compress test today drivers side #4 0 lbs wet 50 lbs #5 100 lbs #6 85 lbs also I only have 10lbs of vacuccm

ANSWER: before pointing the finger at the engine let's try some things... do you hav ea spark checker? if not you can use a screwdriver in the end of the spark plug wire on the #4 cyl (Drivers side front) it's harder to check for spark like this but it can be done... start the truck and move the screwdriver near a bare metal surface. you should see and hear spark... if not try replacing the spark plug wires first. if that does not fix it than try replacing the coil pack with a known good one... swap the spark plug to another cyl and try running the truck to see if the misfire follows the spark plug. i fso change the plugs... try those steps before calling it  a bad engine... let me know waht you come up with and we can go a little further with this.. thanks and good luck

QUESTION: Today I decided to change oil and filter, as soon as i took a wrench to the drain plug pure green antifreeze come out.

My oil or oil cap never indidcated water in the oil no milky creamy color only code P0304

ANSWER: Sounds like a blown head gasket on the number 4 cyl or a bad timing cover gasket... But I am going to suggest going back to where the motor was installed and talking to them... try to get this covered under a warranty...

Last night i was tired and this moring i went outside to check everything, the lower intake did NOT have an impression on #4 the way the others did, also the intake bolts were not all that tight some have black powder others were rusted the intake would explain coolant and the low vaccum also had black RTV around lower intake water jackets i didn't think any RTV was used except the 4 corner head and block meet.
