Ford: 2002 1 ton ford diesel engine, ford diesel engine, faulty engine

My friend owns a 2002 ford 1 ton diesel truck and he is told he has a factory faulty engine. It
will not idyll at traffic lights. What engine is
it and where can we get a replacemant?

Your friend should take his truck to the closest Ford Dealer that has a certified diesel tech. They should have the knowledge and the test equipment to make sure of what the problem is and help you with warranty coverage from the factory. Be sure your friend can supply documintation showing the required scheduled maintaince has been done (if needed).
