Ford: taurus, ford taurus, head gasket

i drive a 94' Ford Taurus had to put a new gas tank, new brakes (front and back), and new exhaust. the problem is when i start to go and put the pedal to the floor it doesnt go as fast as normal. it has no kick. it goes pretty slow. but when im goin like 55 and put it to the floor its pick up is normal. it just started doing this, maybe you could tell me what it is. and it sounds like my fan in the front is always running, very loud. if you have any info about it id appreciate it if you let me know or what you think the problem could be. thank you

What your experiencing is plugged fuel injectors sucking up dirt left in the lines get yourself some fuel injector cleaner.  As for the fan always running check your engine to see if it is boiling when you shut it down you may need a new head gasket from overheating.
