Question
all right my ford f150 xlt 1989 will start and idle good real good till it warms up ive replaced everthing from coil ingnition mod and something like the pvc valve but still it warm up and dies and doesnt start untill it cools off again

Answer
Mr. Rogers,

Check your fuel pressure regulator, which is on the fuel rail along side the intake manifold. It could also be something wrong in the fuel injection system because it sounds like it's vapor locking when it gets hot. Take your vehicle to Auto Zone and have them place your vehicle on a scan tool and run a diagnostic. This is a free service that they do (if you took your vehicle to a garage, they would charge you $100 dollars). Hope that this helps and if you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me. Good luck.
