SITTING STILL TURNING THE WHEEL LEFT OR RIGHT THERE IS NO NOISE. MOVING THERE IS NO NOISE UNTIL ABOUT 20 MPH. AFTER THAT WHEN YOU TURN THE WHEEL TO THE RIGHT ONLY, THERE IS A NOISE THAT SOUNDS ALMOST LIKE A POWER STEERING PUMP LOW ON FLUID. AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS 65-70 MPH. EVEN A MINOR TURNING OF THE WHEEL TO THE RIGHT WILL CAUSE IT.
