Ford: Possible leak under car, double 0, car idling

Question
Hello, 007!  The color of the "leakage" was hard to determine and both times I noticed it, it was on dark asphalt.  My driveway, on the other hand, is white concrete, and, as I stated before, it hasn't leaked on that.  Side note:  After I e-mailed you the first time, I had to drive it on an errand, and it seemed fine as far as not leaking, but--the car acted like it wanted to stall out again when I cranked it.  I got it home and checked the driveway--no leaks!  Thank You for responding so fast--Shelley-------------------------

Dear Double-0 7:  I like your name!  Anyway, I own a 1993 Ford Escort 2 Door that's been around the block a few times.  I've stayed on top of all repairs that need to be made as the situation (and Money!) warranted.  My regular repair technician recently replaced the fuel filter as well as checked all fluids such as oil, antifreeze, transmission, etc.  For the last two days, I have noticed what looks like some fluid that seems to be coming out from under my car.  I noticed that a trail was left of some kind of fluid when I parked my car--the trail matched the turn of my car into the parking space on the asphalt.  I don't notice it in the morning when I park at work or in the evening when I park in my driveway--however, yesterday I was in a long line of traffic (slow crawl, car idling) and finally made it the gas station to get gas (on my way home from work),went into the store to pay before I pumped, came out and noticed what looked like a big leak.  I thought maybe I parked over someone else's leak.  I didn't see anything when I got the car home.  Today, I left work to go to the doctor,  again, idling in a long line of traffic.  I got there, parked, and when I came back out I noticed a line of fluid trail and, in addition, my car acted like it wanted to stall out when I cranked it--which was the symptom it had that caused the fuel filter to be replaced.  I get the car home--no sign of dripping or leak.  Could this just be a leaky hose or something like that?  My mechanic can't see it till Fri. am.(he's booked solid).  I would appreciate your observations and advice!  Sincerely--Shelley

1. Antifreeze/green in color.
2. Engine oil/dark in color.
