        i emailed you about a week ago 1997 ford club wagon. dual heating new thermostat still blowing cold air problem. i had to crash my computer and did not get your reply. can you resend it for me.thanks for all your help.

yea i need to know if the heat in the rear works.

no it does not work either. also air conditon stopped working also it would work one day and not the next now it does not work also.front or rear.hope this helps

what we need to do is ck vacuum in the eng compartment to the vac. heater control valve. it is located on top of the evapator box .place your hand on the heater hoses to see if they are hot and they are all the same temp. now while you are there ck to see if the steel rod broke off the other end of the valve.now unplug the vac hose you should have no vac. when the heat is on.leave it unplug and give it 5 min. to see if you get heat .do that first .then let me know.
