Ford: Removing Brake Rotors, 1997 ford taurus, ford taurus

Question
I have a 1997 Ford Taurus that I have been trying to change the front rotors on.  I am ready to take off the old rotors but can't get them to budge.  Is there a secret to removing the old ones? I have sprayed them but it hasn't helped to losen them up.  I need my car for work and desperatly need to get it on the road again. Any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you, David

Answer
david when you remove the calliper make sure you take the brace assm.off to.  don't just remove the callp. now with that said take a hammer and hit the rotor on the back side and also on the lip. this should take it loose now also sometimes ford had put 2 screws or 2 rivets to hold the rotor on remove these  if they are there and you should be good to go.
