Ford: Power Windows, fuse box, circuit breakers

Question
I have a 1998 F-150 and the passenger window doesn't move. I took off the inside panel and find that no power gets to the motor connector when the drivers window switch is pushed. I put 12v on the motor and it works OK. I have checked all the fuses in the two fuse box locations and they are OK, but I can't tell from the schematic if relays or circuit breakers are involved. I would think that a bad fuse, circuit breaker or relay would effect both windows and the drivers works fine.

What do you see that I have missed and could be causing the lack of power at the passengers window?

Answer
pull the switch panal out to see if you have power going to the switch and see if you also have ground if that is ok then go to the motor conector and test the wire when you roll the window up you should have power on one side and ground on the other side and the opposite when the switch is push the other way. if not then test the wires comming out of the switch itself.   let me know what happens
