Ford: Airbag Light Flashing, steering wheel puller, pickup 4x4

Question
I have a 1994 Ford F150 1/2 ton Pickup 4x4 Supercab.  The airbag light flashes 3 times then 2 times, then repeats.  Now my horn and my cruise control quit working.  I had this problem before and I believe the Ford dealer replaced either a switch or some kind of relay in the steering column.  Is this something I could do on my own and how do I find out what the code is for the light flashing?

Answer
code 32 only means that your clock spring is no good it is located under your steering wheel all you need to do is remove your steering wheel and it rt there. your'll have to use a steering wheel puller.   and access the lower part of the dash to pull the wires up but no big deal. and only get it from the dealer this way you wont have any problems. good luck
