Ford: windshield washer, windshield washer fluid, ford windstar gl

1995 FORD WINDSTAR GL V6 3.8....My windshield washer fluid doesn't work. Occasionally, it sprays out a LITTLE bit if anything at all when the wipers are on HIGH, and it sprays up over the van. What is the cause of this? Also, the washer fluid in the rear works, but the wiper does not.

first thing pull the hoes off the washer pump and order to find it trace the hose from the squirts and follow it to the conector unplug and have someone turn it on .If the water comes out fast you probley have a clog squirter. now for the back tht motor is probley no good they go bad .but before you change it 1) make sure the rear glass and door is close all the way 2) test it with a test light see if you have power and ground see if the conector came unpluged good luck
