whats making it run hot i have had my block serviced and added a new water pump.and it leaks transmission fluid

If it`s overheating, have you checked the thermostat? Maybe get a thermostat that will open sooner. For example, if you`re using a 195 degree thermostat, then you should change it to a 185 degree thermostat. If that`s not it, maybe you need to have the radiator flushed.
Where is it leaking transmission fluid? It could be the front or rear seal. Which would need a seal replacement.
Or leaking from around the transmission pan, in that case you`ll need to replace the gasket.
