GM-GMC: A/C Composer, gmc envoy xl, gmc envoy

Have a 2003 GMC Envoy Xl. My Air Conditioner want stay engaged. It cuts on and off and cuts off the motor of the car. Have replaced the short cycle switch and the A/C relay. Stay having problems

It is possible that the system is low.  A slow leak or seepage can cause the system charge to fall to a level that the compressor will only cycle on then off.  What happens is it begins to build pressure then see's insufficient pressure on the suction side and shuts off and so on.  My advice would be to have a shop check to see if your system is low of refrigerant and go from there.
