GM-GMC: 2000 silverado P0332 (KS 2)no start, obd ii code, silverado

Question
I have a problem with my 2000 Silverado 5.3L V8, 135,000. I get an OBD II code P0332 (Knock sensor 2) from scanner and it will not start. KS connector has 5K ohms per bank, and I have 12V at each coil but no spark at the plug. Chilton says I should have 90K - 110K resistance at KS connector, and 12V at coil.  my question has 2 parts. (1) will a P0332 cause a no start/ no spark situation, and (2) where should I troubleshoot next, do I replace KS and wiring?

Answer
I have done some checking and I can't find anything that indicates to me that that code will cause a no start condition.  Does your truck crank over but will not fire or is there no crank at all.  It really affects the type of things to consider as possible causes.  Sorry I took so long, I was trying to do a little homework.  Repost with a little more info for me and I will help you as best I can.
Thanks
