GM-GMC: Trailer plug on 2004 Avalanche, fuse panels, fuse panel

I just purchased enclosed trailer with interior lights. My truck has the factory tow package with the 7 prong plug for the trailer but the constant positive is not hot. Looked in the fuse panels both in engine compartment and side dash panel, but can't find anything for that description. Any thoughts????

The fuse for that should be in the fuse panel under the hood.  I don'e have the wiring diagrams here at home, but look in either your owners manual or on the map under the fuse panel cover for a fuse for it.  The fuse for the electric brakes should be a pretty large fuse (40amps or so).  If you are unable to find it, update the post and I will look at the wiring diagrams at work.
